Cedex products are specified by architects and engineers and are used by contractors, ready mix, precast and block producers, cement manufacturers to enhance the durability, strength and appearance of structures found in many major construction projects. Cedex products contain no hazardous substances requiring labeling. However, standard precautions for handling chemical products should be observed: Avoid eye and skin contact and wear rubber gloves and goggles. If contact occurs, rinse with plenty of water. In case of eye contact seek medical advice.

TBM
Foams, Polymers and Additives
The geological conditions of the excavating site are seldom ideal. Therefore, soil conditioning is a must in ensuring the productivity and safety of tunneling activity. Injection of soil conditioners onto the tunnel face significantly modifies the characteristics of the ground and helps transform it to obtain an effective pressure control in EPB TBMs.
As a result, excavation can continue in greater safety when various factors including cutterhead torque, thrust force, clogging, dust, tools abrasion and wear affecting the TBM are minimized and controlled.
Our additives and polymers help stabilize ground conditions by offsetting high water content or pressure effects in sharply graded soils.
